1. Everyone’s heard a lot of stories about genuinity and grit. But this one is our favorite.

Almost 10 months back, our CSK (creative services at Kissflow) team had been looking out for talented designers to join us. Here’s what happened.

We went through a lot of profiles, but this one particular talent had us curious. After a series of interviews, we went on with the assignment round for this designer. While the quality of work they had submitted was extraordinary, these particular qualities in them had our attention.

As they submitted their assignment, they had written in the email that said ‘Honestly, this isn't my usual standard of work, I must be true to myself and let you know that I had been unwell and I didn't want to push through just for the deadline’.

Not just that, they sent us another email with a ‘reworked’ assignment as they wanted to prove their worth.

This purely showed us their genuinity, and more than that the courage, determination and trueness to their talent and work.

This had us at wonder and we had to have them on our team.

Not every day do you come across people who are genuine and true to their work and make their work speak for them. We're sure glad we did.
